Job Description:
The Flagstaff House Restaurant is hiring! At The Flagstaff House
we look for hardworking, self motivated restaurant professionals.
We seek people who want to learn and grow while working with some
of the finest ingredients found across the world and primarily in
our own home of Boulder. We are a fast paced fine dining
restaurant. As a kitchen we work together as a team to achieve our
goals of excellence for the guest. We are currently hiring for
positions on our hot line and are currently looking for cooks who
have a minimum of 1 year experience working on the line. Daily task
will include but not be limited to the following vegetable
preparation including washing, cutting and cooking meat and fish
preparation, including butchery and cookery daily set up and break
down of designated station cleaning and organizing walk in coolers,
general kitchen space and kitchen equipment maintain proper
sanitation practices ensure knowledge of designated station's dish
composition, ingredients, and preparation of recipes What we offer
for benefits and compensation competitive starting hourly wage Food
sales commission to all BOH employees(this is based on hours worked
and food sales per pay period. This accumulates to be somewhere
between 2.5-4$ an hr extra) Retirement matching program Health
