4:30 am
12-hour shift.The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.We require a minimum of four (4) shifts. As a Material Handler, you will work with production teams and move ingredients throughout the production environment.What Does It Take to be a Material Handler at Dawn Foods?Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. Six months experience operating a forklift, prefer a Class 2 or Class 3 standup forklift or fast jack, but any forklift experience will qualify.
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Forklift certification is helpful, and one must be able to become certified.What You'll Do as a Material Handler Operate forklift, pallet jack, and fast jack to move ingredients throughout the production environment Use SAP/entry to locate ingredients and move product Utilize math skills to count material (able to use calculator) Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned.
