Job Description:

job summary: Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant needed to support a leading tech company. This is a great opportunity for an entry level administrative professional who is experienced coordinating meetings for Executives. Position Description

  • Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Calendar support for up to 4 executives, Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow, Partner closely with executives to align calendars with their business priorities.
  • Other Responsibilities May Include: Large team meeting bookings across global offices, Event support (offsites, tech talks, all hands bookings), Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals), Task management, other ad hoc requests (assistance with projects, quick turn around items, team support), Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Skill/Experience/Education BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 1-2 years of administrative support experience in related duties for directors or C-level executives (calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, budget management, space planning, etc.); Experience using GSuite; Experience with Concur (preferred); -- location: Boulder, Colorado job type: Contract work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 1 Years -- responsibilities:

      • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience;
      • 1-2 years of administrative support experience in related duties for directors or C-level executives (calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, budget management, space planning, etc.);
      • Experience using GSuite; Experience with Concur (preferred);
      • A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skills. Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
