Title: Program Coordinator, Supply Chain Renewables Initiative Based out of Boulder, CO (preferred) - Remote options possible (Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, and Carrollton, TX) Supporting Teams in North America and Europe Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and organized resource to join our team as a Program Coordinator to help drive success in our Supply Chain Renewables Initiatives (SCRI). SCRI programs aim to support the reduction of scope 2 emissions for value chain members through the education and adoption of renewable energy mechanisms for value chain members, thereby reducing scope 3 emissions fir the sponsoring organizations. The Coordinator will provide administrative and operational day-to-day support to the SCRI program manager(s) an the broader Cleantech client development team. Specifically, this role will support data management for SCRI program sponsors, generating reports, organizing supplier data, and supporting communications efforts for SCRI programs. The Coordinator will also liaise with internal teams to provide assistance in the development and management of supplier data lists, program sponsors reports, and sales enablement tools such as presentation decks. Ongoing position responsibilities: The primary focus of this role is: Support the management of master program suppliers lists and participation status, including updating supplier data as it updated over the course of SCRI programs Administration of supplier accounts and other activities in the NEO Network, including lead generation tracking in Salesforce in support of SCRI program managers Support SCRI program manager(s) in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SCRI program proposal materials and pricing workbooks as directed by the SCRI program manager(s) Represent Cleantech's SCRI offer among other Schneider ESS teams throughout the sales lifecycle Contribute to and support the maintenance of an RFP / Proposal library for "best in show" SCRI proposals Support the organization of EAC purchasing programs as part of broad supply chain initiatives, including close liaison with the environmental commodities operations team Support the Client Development team on client-specific proposal generation / RFP responses Support in preparing presentation decks for sales meetings and client presentations, customizing marketing master templates in accordance with brand standards to apply to specific client scenarios Support the Client Development team in preparation for and during client calls to ensure optimal documentation and understanding of client needs and follow-ups Assist in the customization of SCRI scopes in proposals based on unique client needs Liaise with Operations and Client Delivery teams to craft custom client-facing sales materials as needed Understand broader Energy and Sustainability Services offers and listen for opportunities to expand and broaden service offerings to clients Secondary duties could include: Develop case studies with Delivery team relevant to the success of SCRI programs Support efforts to streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, presentations, contracts and client presentations Form excellent working relationships with other departments in the US and globally, including Operations, Delivery, Performance Services, Accounting, and other Schneider Electric Sustainability Business teams. Qualifications: This position is ideal for someone who has been successful in a program management support and/or sales support position, and who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to grow into a top performer with Sustainability Business' Cleantech team. This position enables the successful candidate to have a transition path and plan into a Program Manager, Cleantech or Sustainability Operations, and other positions. Demonstrated experience with the data organization, manipulation, and reporting (Excel-based only - dos NOT require advanced data management and analytics experience Experience and knowledge from working within the renewable energy, sustainability or environmental industry is preferred, but not required. Self-starter; able to rapidly comprehend client demands and Schneider Electric solutions, and to support the sales teams to align the two to ensure sales performance at or above assigned levels. Persistence and proactive follow up of tasks and projects throughout the sales cycle Prior experience working in a complex program management environment, balancing technical expertise, data management, and communications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and task management skills Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience or ability to rapidly learn Salesforce.com CRM system Bachelor's degree Let us learn about you!
