Systems organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to
oversee office operations and perform a variety of tasks to
facilitate communications and support the daily routine and
effective management of the operating unit and spearhead facility
coordination for the OU and Facility Director. The nature of the
position involves exposure to sensitive information necessitating
considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.This
position is in Boulder, CO and can be worked in a hybrid capacity
(min. 3 days on-site per week).Essential Functions will include
(but not be limited to) the following:Preparing and releasing a
variety of complex communications , graphic design and documents
that affect the Departments and programs.Following procedures which
includes appropriate access to confidential information.Preparing
and adjusting travel arrangements and completing expense
reports.Coordinating various Department and program
events.Coordinating VIP visits, agendas, and tours to the
facility.Acting and making decisions in alignment with the
executive leadership.Handling calendars with precision as well as
travel plans.Responsible for routine administrative
duties.Coordinating staff meetings, teleconferencesOrdering and
managing refreshments and luncheons for some meetings is
required.Supporting multiple senior leaders across the operating
unit simultaneously.Coordinating the new employees' onboarding
process.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma with a minimum of
6 years supporting senior managers.Demonstrated ability to perform
detail-oriented work, without close supervision.Ability to
independently assess priorities and work with confidential
information.Experience managing multiple administrative projects
and initiatives.Experience with travel and expense reporting
tools.Highly skilled with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and Adobe graphics.Proven ability to be proactive, highly
motivated, collaborative and adaptable, with excellent
organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple
tasks, changing needs, and competing priorities.Strong oral and
written communication skills must be able to interface with
executive level internal and external contacts with considerable
autonomy.U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance.Preferred
Qualifications for Principal Administrative Assistant:Familiar with
Agile Tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceActive or current Top Secret
or higher-level clearance highly preferred.Salary Range: $63,800
USD - $106,300 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
