successful groups. Informa Markets' Infrastructure & Construction
group is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager who will
primarily oversee digital marketing activities for a specific group
of events, media brands, and new product launches. You will provide
our exhibition and online franchises with campaign support, digital
strategy, deep analysis, and actionable programs that deliver
critical insights into our audiences and business decisions.You are
accountable for:Develop data-driven audience growth strategies that
leverage both paid and organic acquisition channels, working with
key stakeholders on defining priority channels, partners, and
target audiences to drive database and subscriber growthSet and
track key performance metrics that align with business objectives;
present and communicate progress against KPIs to key stakeholders
on a regular basisPlans and executes email marketing programs
including segmentation, email setup, deployment, and reporting,
using features including dynamic content and multi-step
campaignsTrack progress and drive continuous improvement to
acquisition funnels via analysis and optimization; identify and
validate improvements through research, internal/external feedback,
best practices, and various testing methodologies (e.g. A/B)Analyze
campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and
recommendations to improve future performance, efficiency, and
spendContinuous website updates, including, but not limited to,
tailored website experiences based on customer behavior, journey,
technology, and demographicsManages website and analytics,
including monitoring traffic, sources, conversions, and KPIsWork
with brand managers and editorial to implement SEO strategies to
foster organic site growth of event and media publishing
sitesSupport event brands in the setup and launch of their mobile
app and customer referral programs with our preferred
vendorsEstablishes benchmarks across all digital campaigns to
monitor campaign and performanceTravel to industry events as
neededSpecial projects as neededQualificationsWhat you bring to the
team:At least 4 years' experience in audience/attendee acquisition,
development, or growth roles with a heavy focus on
digitalBachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or database
management or equivalent work experienceDemonstrable experience
leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media, and/or display advertising campaignsPrevious experience of
Eloqua or other automated marketing email platformExperience with
A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website and
marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,
NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)Previous experience
in CMSs, Adobe Experience Manager and Drupal preferredExcellent
attention to detail and organizational skill requiredExperience
with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
preferredProject management skills: Capable of multi-tasking and
managing several projects at a timeExcellent written and oral
communication skillsAnalytical mindset with numerical
aptitudeInitiative, ambition, self-direction, problem solving and
