Come join the NOBO Team!The Marketing Manager assists the
company's marketing efforts to drive sales and build brand
awareness. The responsibilities include collaborating on marketing
plans, reviewing campaigns, and measuring the return on investment
of various advertising methods. - The Marketing Manager will work
closely with NOBO's agency partners to execute marketing
opportunities. - The Marketing Manager will also play a significant
role in day-to-day marketing activities, including packaging, - SMS
and email marketing, social media, and other channel-specific
activities. This role reports to NOBO's VP of Marketing. -Roles and
Responsibilities:The - Marketing Manager provides important input
regarding advertisement campaigns, social media content, and other
brand-building activities. Some duties and responsibilities
include:
Review current local marketing trends
and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different
styles and strategiesResearch competitors to stay current with
similar products, services, and prices on the marketWork with the
wholesale team to develop successful strategies and campaigns that
attract new wholesale customersCollaborate with the VP of Marketing
regarding the budget and how to maximize marketing spendDrive
social media engagement, including calendaring, content, and
message creation. Work with influencers to drive organic
traffic.Create and maintain a content library for use across
multiple platformsDevelop marketing strategies for new products or
services that comply with current company and industry
standardsWork on design standards for the dispensaries to create a
welcoming and appealing environmentWork on the development,
ordering, and tracking of packaging, promotional materials, and
sales materialWork with NOBO's wholesale team to develop marketing
materials and overall support their initiativesPartner with local
and statewide businesses regarding charitable donations and
co-promotionsMedia Relations - work with the VP of Marketing to
handle media releases, interviews, relevant publications, tv, and
radio interviewsWork with dispensary GMs to create promotions and
assist in local marketing effortsCollaborate company-wide to create
events that promote the NOBO brand and productsAct as a liaison
between vendors and the company to track deliverablesOther duties
as assigned. -Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbalInnovation and creativity to create brand new
strategies that attract customers and succeed over the
competitionCollaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas
into strategiesTime management and organization to meet strict
deadlinesAbility to recognize trends and stay ahead of
themProficient with analysis and design softwareKnowledge of
Internet marketing techniquesStrong knowledge of various social
media platformsWorking use of Photoshop, Canva, Later, and other
tools related to the execution of the responsibilitiesAll qualified
