Location: Fort Lupton, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Open | 70–90 hrs/week | Overtime Available Pay: $20/hr (Days) | $22/hr (Nights) | Paid Weekly Job Summary Join a growing oilfield services team as an Water Transfer Laborer . You’ll perform general labor and water transfer by moving water from natural sources to customer frac sites using specialized equipment and pipeline systems. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work , want consistent overtime hours , and are looking for a career in the oil & gas industry . Job Duties Set up and operate water transfer systems using poly pipe, lay-flat hose, and underground pipelines Work as part of a crew to safely rig up and rig down job sites Transport water from ponds to frac sites and maintain fresh water tanks Monitor water levels and system performance using laptops, tablets, or iPads Drive company vehicles to inspect pipeline systems Set up and monitor water pumps Shift Details 12–18 hour shifts Day and night shifts available 6:00am start day shift 6:00pm start night shift 70–90 hours per week on average Overtime opportunities Consistent winter hours Pay & Benefits $20/hour (Day Shift) $22/hour (Night Shift) Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED) Clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Weekend availability required Previous experience in oilfield, construction, or warehouse environments preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lupton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
