Job Description Job Description RELOCATION PACKAGE INCLUDED Daily Responsibilities: Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sr. Construction Estimator. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include reviewing, creating, and submitting quality estimates with detailed proposals, preparing high-level quantity and manpower take-offs, and prospecting and procuring new opportunities for bids. The role also involves comprehensively analyzing plans, specifications, proposals, and additional documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects. Additionally, the Estimator will attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, jobsite walk-throughs, bids, and coordination meetings. This is an onsite role in Louisville, KY with a salary range of $90,000-$110,000. Top Requirements: 8-10 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator or related education Experience with Procore or Bluebeam Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent years of experience Experience with conceptual and schematic design budgeting PLUSSES : Local to Louisville or Lexington, KY Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or related construction software (Jobber, Sage Construction Suite, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, STACK, Buildxact, ConstructionOnline, etc.)
