Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit health care system based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist New Graduate
to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is tailored for
recent graduates looking to launch a promising career in
respiratory therapy. Our mission is to deliver the highest standard
of patient-centered care across our multiple hospitals and
outpatient facilities. In this role, you will work closely with an
experienced team to manage and treat patients with respiratory
conditions. Evaluate and treat patients with breathing or other
cardiopulmonary disorders. Participate in the development and
implementation of patient care plans. Conduct diagnostic tests to
assess lung capacity and other respiratory functions. Provide
emergency care, including artificial ventilation and external
cardiac massage. Educate patients and families on lung health and
disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve
patient outcomes. Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment
Ability to conduct and interpret respiratory diagnostic tests
Excellent patient interaction skills showing empathy and patience
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities Medical Insurance

Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential is required. Eligibility to
obtain Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within a stipulated
period from date of hire.
