School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized psychological support for early childhood students in a
structured educational setting, focusing on social communication
and mental health services. This contract role operates onsite at
an elementary school in Commerce City, CO, offering an opportunity
to work closely with P-5 students requiring wrap-around social
communication programming and autism center-based programming. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver direct mental health services to
students with social communication and behavioral needs. -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement
individualized social-communication and behavioral development
plans. - Support early childhood specialized programs aimed at
enhancing communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skills. -
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. -
Participate in consultation meetings to coordinate care and support
for students. - Maintain timely and accurate documentation of
services provided. Qualifications: - Valid School Psychologist or
Social Work Educator Credential (note: counselors are not
eligible). - Experience working with early childhood populations,
particularly in social communication and autism-related
programming. - Strong skills in mental health assessment,
intervention, and consultation within school settings. - Ability to
collaborate effectively with educators, families, and specialists.
- Knowledge of positive behavior support and regulation techniques.
Schedule and Location: - Onsite position at an elementary school in
Commerce City, CO. - Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to
4:30 PM. - Contract duration: ASAP through June 4, 2026. This role
