Our technicians are the face and backbone of our company, and we are looking for well-rounded, motivated leaders to join our team.Our Residential Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.Our average technician is making $18.29-25 per hour. Our in-depth training provides stability that provides career advancement opportunities.
