Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Overnight Maintenance Mechanics – Longmont, CO Pay & Schedule: Hourly Rate: $39.18/hr $3 shift differential = $42.18/hr Annual Pay: $87,360 Shift: 2-2-3 schedule, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Training: ~60 days on first shift Overview Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic and help keep our state-of-the-art facility running at peak performance. You’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA standards, and support food safety and GMP requirements. What You’ll Do Perform equipment changeovers, sanitation, and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, pneumatic, and packaging systems. Use blueprints and manuals for maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate logs for regulatory compliance. Continuously improve maintenance processes to maximize uptime. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3 years of mechanical maintenance (or 2 years in food manufacturing). Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read technical documents and follow GMP/SOP standards. Safety-first mindset in a manufacturing environment. Why You’ll Love It Here Up to 4 weeks of vacation in your first year.
