together. Will you join us? Your New Job Job Summary: The EHS
Intern will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our
safety culture and processes. This position offers hands-on
experience in environmental health and safety practices while
working in a collaborative team environment. Over the course of 10
weeks, the EHS Intern will take ownership of a significant
EHS-focused project, providing real, hands-on experience while
making an impact on our organization. The EHS Intern will develop
skills and knowledge in EHS protocols, engage with key safety
initiatives that improve our operations and ensure the wellbeing of
our workforce. Key Responsibilities: · Lead a significant
EHS-focused project. The specific project will be tailored to your
area of academic concentration, whether it be Occupational, Safety,
and Health (OSH), Environmental Management, or another relevant
field, allowing the EHS Intern to apply their academic knowledge to
real-world challenges. · Lead a comprehensive assessment of EHS
risks, identifying hazards, and recommending preventative measures
or process improvements for the development of a risk register
broken down by job task. · Work with real EHS data to identify
trends, root causes of incidents, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to EHS leadership.
· Develop strategies to promote and enhance safety culture within
the company, such as leading safety engagement sessions (I.e.,
lunch-and-learns), or surveying employees for feedback. What You’ll

in workplace safety. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Currently
pursuing or completed a degree in Environmental Science,
Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety,
Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. · Basic understanding of
EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT) is a plus but not required.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities effectively. · Good communication skills, with
the ability to interact with employees across various levels of the
organization. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook). · Ability to work independently and
collaborate with a team. · Proactive approach to problem-solving
and learning new concepts. Desired Skills & Qualifications: ·
Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Environmental
Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or
a related field. · Previous internship experience or academic
coursework related to EHS is a plus. · Interest in gaining
practical experience in the EHS field, particularly in industries
such as construction, manufacturing, or utilities. · Knowledge or
coursework in health and safety management, environmental
management, excavating and trenching, or emergency response is
advantageous. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for
