Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an Electrical Engineer
4 to join our engineering team to lead and empower our substation
design team in support of projects across the Rowan portfolio. The
Electrical Engineer 4 is a critical part of the technical team that
will help support all aspects of the Rowan approach from site
origination through operations of transmission, substation and
distribution infrastructure. The key focus for this role will
include leading transmission, substation and distribution strategy,
design, and deployment in support of Rowan critical capacity. The
successful candidate will have a proven track record of
successfully delivering substation and distribution projects as a
licensed Professional Engineer. The successful candidate will also
have excellent strategic thinking skills, organizational and
communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with
ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
cross-functional environment. Travel: Ability to travel up to (25%)
for company gatherings, meetings, or to project sites. Location:
Denver, Colorado – Hybrid Opportunity · Other locations and remote

with the position. Compensation: 165k-185k Bonus Career

goals. Proactively identifies potential hurdles and roadblocks
across teams and works to remove them efficiently, and escalating
when needed with suggested new approaches to discuss. Demonstrates
critical thinking in managing projects and teams. · Communication &
Collaboration – Builds effective relationships across teams and
helps get to positive outcomes. Proactively communicates and
coordinates with other groups and manages conflict, disagreeing and
committing when necessary. Tailors message and medium to the
audience, communicating clearly and concisely. Proactively shares
information so the right people are informed and aligned. Fosters

collaborate effectively. · Process & Project Leadership –
Proactively assesses and optimizes processes to improve team
outcomes and help Rowan scale. Understands and acts on the
importance of feedback loops, assesses failures in a no-fault
environment and ensures processes and documents account for
learnings. Accountable for goals and deliverables that are
dependent on your own work and the work of other internal and
external teams. Essential Responsibilities · The key focus for this
role will include leading transmission, substation, and
distribution strategies, design, deployment as well as providing
leadership to the team successfully delivering high and medium
voltage infrastructure. · Lead internal and external teams to
decisions and drive to outcomes. · Lead, direct, and manage
consultants in the design, procurement, construction and
implementation of transmission, substation and distribution
infrastructure. Identify risks during all stages of the project
lifecycle. · As a technical SME and strategy lead, mold design,
project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan
requirements. · Partner with procurement to deliver the equipment
required for the success of Rowan projects. · Support RFPs for
electrical infrastructure design, construction, and operations.
Review bids for conformance with the requirements of the RFP.
Provide clarification on technical requirements. · Integrate with
the energy team to coordinate with the identified utilities. Act as
the technical liaison between the consultant and the utility. ·
Support the growth of the engineering team and of Rowan through the
ownership of transmission, substation and distribution
standardization to jumpstart internal and external teams. ·
Demonstrate a customers are our North star mentality. Earning,
nurturing, and creating trust and relationships with utilities and
client technical experts. · Mentor the engineering team to grow the
teams collective expertise. · Support other technical tasks not
listed as required. Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. · 10
years’ technical design and delivery experience in relevant
industries to transmission, substation, and distribution
infrastructure. Power Generation and energy storage systems is a
plus. · Licensed Professional Engineer · Experience delivering
complex electrical projects through design, construction,
commissioning, and operation. · Experience working with external
stakeholders including AHJ’s and utilities. · Experience
communicating with senior leaders and executives at all levels of
the organization. · Knowledge of transmission, substation,
distribution, and data center industry and trends. · Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, and highly cross-functional
environment. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ·
Experience of proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, GIS,
and Blue Beam Revu. · The Rowan team collaborates constantly;
