The SoundHound Operations Center's mission is to deliver infrastructure monitoring through world-class IT Services utilizing both on-premises and cloud technologies. We power platform stability through constant monitoring and fine-tuning. We seek a motivated individual, who will lead a 24/7/365 team focused on monitoring, alert response, triage, and ownership of systemic platform issues.-- In this role you will:--

  • Provide vision, structure, and leadership to 24/7/365 Operations Center
  • Drive the continual improvement of documentation and observability
  • Deliver clear and concise communication to both internal and external stakeholders
