You should be our Senior Demand Generation Manager! Responsibilities

  • You'll help shape the future of Recurly by helping us build the next iteration of our marketing and demand generation strategy-designing and executing creative, targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.--
  • Lead, design, and execute demand generation strategy and campaigns
  • Work with your team members and marketing and sales leadership to develop a comprehensive account-based strategy, including account selection, digital ads, email campaigns, direct mail/gifting, events, and more to drive demand within our target accounts, personas, verticals
  • Collaborate with sales on outreach and follow-up communications ensuring that workflows between sales and marketing are executed in precise, coordinated fashion--
  • Partner with stakeholders in sales and marketing to define, establish, and evolve ABM workflows as well as with marketing operations to provide data and ongoing insight into target accounts engagement to drive relevance and timely execution.--
  • Develop an especially tight relationship with the content team to create assets that will enable you to customize campaigns according to personas, verticals, funnel stages, etc.--
  • Drive creation of compelling and effective ad campaigns and landing pages for each stage of the buyer's journey
  • Work closely with the growth marketing manager to continuously improve the quantity, quality, conversion, and cadence of leads across organic and paid channels, including social, search, display, partnerships/affiliates, and other online and offline tactics
  • Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals
  • Develop deep expertise in brand, messaging, audience personas, and buyer journey, and share insights with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively and continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness to drive measurable results in targeted account penetration, contact and relationship progression, as well as shape Recurly brand awareness within accounts to support sales and pipeline objectives-- Requirements
    • A driven and engaged marketer with a successful track record of developing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns who understands pipeline management and metrics
    • A firm understanding of how an ABM programs work, especially the nuances of tailoring marketing programs and campaigns to different audience segments
    • Experience partnering across internal marketing teams, SDR and sales teams to collaborate and execute successful integrated campaigns
    • Ability to define goals, communicate objectives, bring others (including sales) along to achieve those goals, and report on performance and impact
    • Critical thinking with the proven ability to think strategically, backed by an exceptional attention to detail in tactical execution
    • A can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and even stronger interpersonal skills
    • Are a high-initiative team player with the ability to collaborate, but also work independently
    • Experience and knowledge within the subscription or payments industry is a plus as this position will be focused on delivering campaigns targeting subscription and recurring revenue businesses
    • 4-8 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS with progressive growth in responsibilities.
    • Experienced user of an enterprise-class marketing tech-stack: Hands-on Salesforce experience is a must; Marketo or similar marketing automation platform working knowledge is preferred, Demandbase or alternate ABM solution and PFL or similar gifting platform experience are a plus.-- Boulder, CO Estimated annual salary for this role may range from $121,000 - $148,000 States Recurly can hire from: As a full-time employee, Recurly offers competitive benefits programs, perks and options designed to fit your needs and the needs of your family.
