Were a fun group of hard-working, compassionate professionals dedicated to reducing stress and empowering our clients during the most important transitions of their lives. Were looking for a high-energy, thoughtful, dedicated entrepreneur to train to be a Project Lead in the Boulder or Denver area. If you color-code your closet and label your pantry, you might be the person weve been looking for! This is a gig/contractor position with fluctuating hours, ranging from 0-40 hours per week, and we typically have several jobs available each week. What youll do: Adopt the Be Free Method: Utilize our unique approach to home organization to create order, simplicity, and functionality for our clients. Lead the Way: Visit potential clients homes and businesses to assess how BFO can help them. Compose estimates for the cost of our services, help schedule jobs and team members, and provide leadership for the team during each project. Get it Done: Work compassionately with the client to reclaim spaces and reorganize belongings into thoughtful, useful systems. Design and install organizing solutions and make arrangements for removal of unwanted items to give the client a fresh start. Never Stop Learning: Stay engaged with current organizing trends and strategies, brainstorm new techniques to improve our business, and share your feedback with others in the company. Were here to learn, too. Spread the Love: Network within your own circle and beyond to reach more people who need BFOs help. Document and share your work through photos and posts on Social Media. Be proud of what you do! What youll bring: A passion for organizing and improving the functionality of spaces Excellent leadership skills The ability to motivate and inspire team members Excellent time management skills High level of professionalism and etiquette Interior design skills Installation skills (assembling furniture, installing shelves, hanging bikes, etc.) Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter) Bonus: Tech-Savvy (Google Suite, Quickbooks, ClickUp, Zoom, etc.) Bonus: Familiarity with digital asset organizing Bonus: Familiarity with special needs that may impact the organization of a space (Depression, trauma, memory issues, childrens needs, etc.) Why BFO? Opportunity to positively impact local families and the community Feel good about the work you do! Salary Range: $20/hour to start (6-shift probationary period) with potential to make $40/hr or more! This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Contractors must frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds and may be exposed to allergens such as dust and animals. This position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instruction and procedures.
