We are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our team in
Boulder, Colorado or Norway, Iowa. Now more than 40,000

This role's key responsibility will be initiating and leading
cross-functional teams in the execution of private label and
innovation projects. They will participate in developing ideas,
concepts and consumer research to validate concepts. Will work with
other departments to understand cost inputs while evaluating
pricing variables to provide recommendations for business proposals
and new product business cases.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must

EEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing,
communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or
related field; and 3 to 5 years related experience preferred or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items
as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical
journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to
the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and
outside the company. Ability to write speeches, articles, or memo
using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make
effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex
topics to such groups as top management, boards of directors, or
the general public.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS Ability to comprehend the most complex
financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create highly
customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and
interpret data. Ability to analyze balance sheets, profit and loss
statements and apply information to make long-term, strategic
decisions.
