channels: inbound from direct mailers, email blasts, and digital
advertising; outbound from targeted triggers and recent/accurate
UCCs appended by D&B A full-service Salesforce-based CRM system
integrated with cutting-edge business funding functionality,
lender-matching, inbound/outbound contact center, e-sign, and
marketing automation About You Have 2 years of prior business
funding experience Self-driven to grow a team and a book of
business Willing to take direction to improve and develop
professionally Enthusiastic attitude towards learning about our
products, our merchants businesses, and financial technology itself
Team-oriented and an excellent communicator Bachelor's Degree
(preferred but not required) Day-To-Day Prospect warm leads through
various inbound and outbound channels to gauge interest in our
services and collect the necessary documents to secure the
requested product Consult with management on how to best approach
an opportunity based on your conversations with the prospect Learn
about prospects businesses and develop lasting client relationships
to maximize retention Work closely with management from submission,
approval to closing to better understand our products and the
funding process Collaborate with our entire team to help cultivate
our growth in an exciting and energetic office environment How do
you get paid? Base Salary + Commission Structure + Performance
Incentives (negotiable based on experience) Full Payout on
