Job DescriptionEverChecks software reduces administrative burden for our healthcare heroes, enabling them to focus on patient work instead of paper work. With 375+ partners across the US, were looking for a Client Success Manager to join us in growing the nations premier Clear To Work platform for healthcare.This full-time account management position is open in both our locations - Boulder, CO and Jacksonville Beach, FL. To best serve our clients, the schedule for this position will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Position Description:EverCheck specializes in license verification for the healthcare space. Client Success Managers are responsible for providing "WOW customer service" and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Our clients are high-level healthcare executives, and our most successful CSMs have demonstrated experience in balancing the technical aspects of software account management with extraordinary relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level clients in the software/SaaS field.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for key users and decision makers
  • Regularly meet with clients to review success plans, collect feedback, and discuss progress on accomplishing business goals using EverCheck
  • Minimize churn by providing proactive customer service to key users and decision makers
  • Ensure smooth implementations and provide exceptional training presentations to new key users
  • Manage client profiles in the CRM by keeping information updated, tracking health scores and other retention metrics, and making note of major changes
  • Manage escalated client issues and provide swift resolutions and recommendations for the future
  • Advocate internally for product fixes or features on behalf of clients
  • The ability to travel (including travel by air) for on-site client visits is essentialRequirementsWhat You Bring To The Team:
