Job Description Fast-growing Public Accounting firm is seeking an Audit Manager - amazing people-focused culture and complex audit work You will join a high performing team that works on Emerging Market Clients, Private Equity and Venture Backed firms, Startups and ultra-high net worth Clients. This firm does a great deal of mergers and acquisition, and you will get exposure and experience in tax planning and structuring deals Responsibilities include: Oversee multiple client engagements Manage and supervise Seniors and Staff in the planning and execution of external audit engagements Identify areas of improvements opportunities for clients Understand client's industries and recognize business trends and key performance drivers Identify and communicate technical accounting and auditing matters to client, seniors managers, and partners. Collaborate with partners and senior manager on proposals and business development calls Generate new audit business opportunities (training will be provided if needed) Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and with clients The ideal candidate will have: 4-5 years experience in public accounting with an emphasis in audit, preferably in a regional or national firm (Will consider a strong Senior ready for promotion) Bachelor in Accounting/Finance CPA Significant supervisory experience Project management skills Excellent opportunity in a company that has grown rapidly (and continues to grow).
