Ensures that high quality products are designed, engineered and manufactured by Agilent, in conformance with required standards and regulations. Quality/product regulation and compliance positions may be in the field or factory. In the field, acts as a liaison between customers/distributors/authorities and Agilent factory quality/product regulation compliance team.

This role will also support creation, review, and approval of data within the systems. Success in this role requires proficiency in LIMS configuration

• Ability to work effectively independently and with cross functional teams, across all business areas, and levels of the organization.
  
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to define and document new or revised LIMs requirements
  
• Draft necessary change controls, requirement documents, and verification or qualification documentation
  
• Determine opportunities to improve, redesign, or automate business processes and functions to achieve better business results
  
• Communicate requirements and programming needs to IT and other customers
  
• Perform configuration of basic and advanced LIMs objects including, but not limited to: Specifications, Analyses, Batch Templates, Stability reports, Calculations, Format Calculations, Code Snippets, Visual Workflows, Queries, and Various Templates
  
• Execute qualification or verification testing to support final implementation of LIMs configuration additions/revisions/interfaces
  
• Assist QC with the prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of LIMs related projects and tasks * Serve as an expert, provide training, and day-to-day support to new and existing employees
  
• Communicate project status, schedules, and accomplishments to management and stakeholders
  
• Support the identification, definition, and implementation of more efficient processes around LIMs design, change management, and interfaces.
  
• Provide technical support during client and regulatory inspections
  
• Assists in measuring and reporting measurable goals and targets
  
• Serve as a liaison between Business Unit(s) and IT for enhancements and projects
  
• Support the user community and the development team in the design, development, configuration and testing of SAP modules
  
• Understand, communicate and reinforce standard business process concepts and methodology within the QC, IT, Supply Chain, and QA
  
• Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience in QC laboratory, LIMS administration, or equivalent related training and experience.
    
  • In-depth knowledge of LIMS, analytical laboratory operations, and quality systems
    
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas of the organization to provide solutions to problems * Demonstrated success implementing LIMS, SAP, and computerized systems validation activities
    
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple activities in parallel.
    
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, instrument/method troubleshooting skills and knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and compliance.
    
  • Provide systems oversite of LIMs and SAP related configuration, audit trail, data maintenance, and improvement activities
    
  • Knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations and subsequent applications to pharmaceutical drug manufacturing.
    
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, SAP, LIMS and other related applications
    
  • Capability to execute tasks timely and efficiently using analytical and problem-solving skills
    
  • Ability to document and translate business process requirements to provide technology solutions
    
    The salary range for this position is currently 59,960.00 - 93,688.00

    • Bachelors or Master's degree, University Degree, or equivalent.
      
    • Prior experience required; preferable 3-5 year of relevant experience
