We value our employees, and, in return, our employees have been the key contributors to our success since 1989.The Account Manager - OEM + B2B Sales supports Nite Ize growth by nourishing, building, and growing existing relationships with specialty clients. This role works with existing and new accounts as the main point of contact in the OEM, B2B, and ASI channels, serving as the frontline of relationship and team management, and owning the success of specialty customers.The position for Account Manager - OEM +B2B Sales will be open until filled.Key Responsibilities for Account Manager - OEM + B2B SalesResponds to leads and sells Nite Ize products for inclusion in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or B2B projects. May travel to customer sites and/or Trade Shows. Grows business among existing clients and promotes the organization to new clients to meet strategic business objectives. Creates and implements account plans for all strategic accounts with short-term objectives and long-term goals to grow business. Routinely communicates with customers and proposes new solutions for their organization. Assesses, quotes, clarifies, and validates customer requirements, needs, and goals. Coordinates with multiple departments and teams to ensure sales objectives and performance goals are met. Manages new client onboarding, client launches, and related initiatives.Coordinates with product management to suggest enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction, increase product influence, and broaden sales channels. Ensures timely communication and follow up on orders, tracking, invoices to customer inquiries and demands.Creates Margin sheets and Profit and Loss statements to quote customers and increase company profitability.Manages CRM tools to follow up on future needs and demands at the customer level.Coordinates with and sets up overseas factory accounts.Participates in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process. Coordinates lead times and project execution with internal teams and external factories.Collaborates with the VP of Innovation, Chief Legal Officer, and VP of Customer Experience to identify customer requirements and translate them into product specifications, ensuring effective internal execution.Works closely with CEO on OEM strategy and project milestones.Works with ASI customers and custom customer projects by requesting and approving artwork approval forms and submitting part number requests for new custom items.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years' sales or related experience required.Ability to interface effectively with diverse groups of people; ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including positive interpersonal communication.Must be comfortable speaking in front of and leading large, high-powered meetings on priority projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software applications required. Oracle CRM a plus. Skilled in project management, follow-up, and execution.Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage and balance multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to sale employees and customers in a timely manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and to adjust priorities as demands change. Must be able to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English.Must be 18 or older to apply.Work Hours: This is a regular, full-time benefits-eligible position with normal hours M-F. Some travel to customer sites and/or Trade Shows may be required.
