We have an immediate opening for leader of content oversight to drive the content strategy, content experience, taxonomy, and information architecture that delivers clear, relevant content that works for both business goals and user needs.About the RoleDo you love to build empowered and collaborative teams? Do you love to dabble in content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy, and search optimization? Do you love to foster alignment across teams towards common content strategy goals? We are in need of a people leader to grow our Content Oversight team and drive enterprise-wide alignment to the future content experience at Workday.You'll lead the Content Oversight team in defining the overall future content experience for Workday customers and partners outside of the products. You'll guide the team in analyzing current content inventories and delivery models, finding opportunities for streamlining, defining common taxonomies, promoting search relevancy, and delivering targeted content to specific audiences.You'll build and maintain content roadmaps that align across the digital ecosystem according to business goals, user needs, and hierarchy of information. You'll establish connections with content collaborators across the organization to further progress towards the content experience of the future. You'll run cross-company task forces for content initiatives.About YouBasic Qualifications6 or more years' experience in content strategy, content development, web design, information architecture, digital experiences, or related fields.Superb written and verbal communication skills, able to present strategic and tactical plans effectively.Sophisticated understanding of information structure, data gathering, user needs and behaviors, labeling techniques, and navigational systems.Diligently organized-you like checklists and multi-step plans that make expectations and timelines clear.People leadership experience-demonstrated ability to grow highly effective teams that others love working with.Other QualificationsCreative problem solving skills.Laser-focus on customer experience.A high-level problem solver who can also keep track of details.
