  • Together We Win - We strive to attract diversified talent, creating a workspace (remote or in-person) where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. - We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager who has impeccable relationship building skills, strong technical aptitude, stellar communication skills, and is highly organized, providing an exceptional customer experience to drive the retention and success of our largest key accounts. -What You'll Do:
    • Manage the customer experience and provide strategic account management from onboarding and adoption, to expansion and renewals
    • Build, develop, and maintain strong C-suite and senior-level customer relationships -
    • Lead client onboardings, including integration setup, and new user trainings
    • Be a partner and advocate for our clients' success by mapping out and implementing project plans to achieve operational goals
    • Drive feature adoption to deliver exceptional outcomes to increase stickiness & retention
    • Facilitate account renewals & negotiations
    • Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to drive account expansion
    • Collaborate with Product Development & Engineering teams as the voice of the customer
    • Develop a deep understanding of the Floify software, the mortgage market, and our clients' needs - What We'll Love About You:
      • Customer Success Management experience in a SaaS environment

      • Technically savvy and highly organized
      • Passionate about helping others
      • Able to solve complicated problems in creative ways
      • Experienced in negotiating complex contracts
      • Strong multifunctional focus -
      • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
      • Performs well independently, and is eager to continuously hone and improve skills
      • Mortgage industry experience a plus
      • Travel up to 25% will be required (once the travel schedule is 'back to normal')
      • You reside in one of the following states: CO, TX, MO, WY, NJ, IL, AZ, NV - What You'll Love About Us: -
