here.About the TeamOur Services CPQ Product Management team is
growing, and we are seeking a contributor knowledgeable in Sales,
Pricing, Quoting, or Billing for services.About the RoleWhat a
Product Manager does at Workday:
- We innovate! Designs products that enable users to spend less
time consolidating data across different systems and is streamlined
and intuitive without sacrificing functionality or compliance. This
is achieved by using a combination of functional/operational
knowledge, the ability to think analytically, and a desire to make
- We collaborate: Serves as a user-representative who can convey
functional requirements to technical audiences and drives the
product development life cycle. Point of contact for internal teams
such as consultants, production support, training, documentation
and sales. Provides sales team with demos or presentations to
prospective customers. Teamwork is the key to success.
- We are the voice of the customer: Talks to customers to
understand what features customers need/want to advise the product
roadmap. Liaises with relevant parties, including development, QA,
documentation, product support to facilitate the release process.
Resolves customer critical issues as needed.
- We deliver: Plans releases and sets roadmaps. Designs features
and sets functional requirements, then tracks and reports progress
against goals. Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of the
product using Agile.
- We lead: Provides coaching, mentoring and support to staff on
both technical and non-technical issues. Identifies and researches
trends to contribute to product roadmap. Evangelizes new product
features and benefits at user conferences and other venues.

themselves.About YouBasic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of product management
- Experience working closely with developers and designers to
deliver software to customers
- History of shipping features to market, from ideation to
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or sales and
proposal development is a plus.
- Experience working with other internal teams in
cross-collaborative efforts - comfortable managing competing
dependencies and priorities
- Ability to gather customer feedback and identify underlying
problems without just building what you are asked for.
- Proven ability to drive toward success collaboratively as a
team and not for individual gain.
- Enterprise experience and ready for enterprise-scale - large
scale problems, dependencies on other teams
- Fast learner, detail oriented, and enjoys a fast paced work
