storage systems.What we are looking for:The Strategic Finance team
is seeking a self-starter finance professional to help inform
strategic decisions for both Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and
hardware business models. You will own, drive, and in some cases
create new reporting, modeling, and analytical frameworks. This
will involve extensive research and hypothesis testing with large
datasets driven by insatiable curiosity and ownership, as well as
rigorous quantitative modeling that clarifies ambiguity, drives
actionable business recommendations, and challenges the status
quo.Exceptional performers will develop exposure across departments
and with our executive leadership, as well as find opportunities
for subsequent rotations across Stem's finance organization and
opportunities for career advancement.Experience in a SaaS-based
business model is highly desired. Experience in the renewable
energy industry is desirable but not required. This role is leveled
for a Senior Finance Analyst but we are open to considering a
uniquely exceptional candidate at the Finance Manager level. Scroll

optional).ResponsibilitiesServe as a high impact member of the
finance team, known for timeliness, accuracy, and analytical
rigorSupport planning, budgeting, forecasting and management
reporting processesDevelop operating and financial metric
dashboards, analyzing results and trends, and reporting results to
key stakeholdersDrive organizational process improvements,
including implementing best practices in forecasting, reporting,
and close with an emphasis on automationPartner with Accounting to
perform close activities and help drive process improvements and
efficienciesOther ad hoc areas including but not limited to:
Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Corporate
StrategyRequirements3-5+ years of directly applicable experience in
FP&A, business finance, investment banking, management
consulting, or related fieldsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft
ExcelProficiency with financial reporting fundamentals (P&L,
balance sheet, cash flow statement, monthly key metric reporting)
and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting principlesExperience
building integrated, complex financial models from scratchProven
track record of advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and
ability to work autonomously with limited managerial
directionClarity and concision in both written and verbal
communicationExperience supporting a SaaS-based business model is
highly preferredProficiency with NetSuite or similar systems is
highly preferred but not requiredBA/BS degreeSalary range: $125,000
