About the Role
As an outbound product manager, you are the voice of the product
team to our customers (internal and external). You will focus on
partnering across the organization to help craft the future vision
of Workday's user experience, though you are highly capable of
digging into the weeds with the engineering teams if needed to take
on complex problems. This means you thrive when you get to talk to
customers to understand their needs and translate those into
innovative solutions. While you help define the strategic
priorities and roadmap, you'll partner closely with our team of
product managers who work with our engineering teams to ensure
these solutions get into the hands of our customers. You will
evangelize this vision and our product roadmap both internally and
externally - including giving updates to customers, prospects and
partners. You will work across teams to review brainstorms,
critical issues, customer asks, and alignment calls.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed
below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of
the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the
Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as
annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail
during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will
be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to,
geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay

Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $138,000 - $207,000
