premium wellness brand client to contribute to their next level of
growth and expansion.With a commitment to innovation and customer
satisfaction, we're seeking an experienced eCommerce Director to
lead the eCommerce efforts during this critical phase of growth.
This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing online
sales and marketing strategy. Leveraging your 3-5 years of hands-on
experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Emotive SMS,
Rebuy, Peel Insights, and Tap Cart, you will lead the quantitative
aspects of the eCommerce operations, optimize user experiences, and
drive data-informed decision-making.Job Description:Day-To-Day
Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage Quarterly Promotional Plans including
birthday, summer, holidays, flash sales, membership drives
- Build plans to support growth marketing and new customer
acquisition
- Email, SMS, and Mobile App Marketing
- Manage all aspects of Shopify Plus store including content,
merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and serve as primary
contact for web development agency to ensure feature enhancement
and bugs are resolved for a positive user experience
- Report on marketing data by utilizing tools to observe and
report important insights in cohort performance, LTV, and
retentionAdditional Responsibilities Include:
- eCommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive
eCommerce strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business
goals. Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
through digital channels.
- Platform Mastery: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo,
Shopify, Emotive SMS, Rebuy, Peel Insights, and TapCart to optimize
and manage our online store. Implement best practices, troubleshoot
issues, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your strong analytical skills to
monitor and interpret key eCommerce metrics. Identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement. Regularly report on
performance and provide actionable insights to guide strategic
decisions.
- SEO Expertise: Collaborate with agency partner to implement
effective SEO strategies that improve our website's visibility and
organic search rankings. Stay up to date with industry trends and
algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work with agency partners and
lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and
technology, to drive eCommerce initiatives forward. Collaborate to
ensure alignment with brand messaging, product launches, and
promotional campaigns.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement A/B testing, user
journey analysis, and UX improvements to enhance the online
shopping experience and increase conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize Emotive to develop and execute
personalized and engaging customer communication strategies.
Leverage your expertise to drive customer loyalty and repeat
purchases.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the
overall business strategy, bringing eCommerce insights and
recommendations to the leadership team.Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, with a proven
track record of success in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify, Rebuy, Emotive, and TapCart is
essential.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to
translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability
to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
- Confident, energetic, and vocal personality with a proactive
"go-getter" attitude.
- Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment is
preferred.Additional informationThis is a hybrid, contract-to-hire
opportunity.This role is not eligible for immigration
sponsorship.The starting pay range for this role is $ 40/hr-
$60/hr. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on
several factors including but not limited to relevant experience,
skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical
for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and
determining factors for compensation are considered for each
individual circumstance. BLEND360 also offers a competitive
