CHIEF MARKETING OFFCIER Job Description Location: In Office (Boulder, CO) Flexible (see details for work location below) Reports to: CEO Job Classification: Exempt Position Type: Full-Time * Are you passionate about regenerative health and wellness? * Are you curious about the aging process and the impact hormones have on the body? * Do you desire to make a positive impact on lives of millions? If so, come work at Rebalance Health! This C-level position will be responsible for overseeing a companys overall brand, advertising, PR, customer acquisition, customer retention and sales strategy. The duties include evolving the businesss marketing department, approving marketing campaign ideas, and coordinating marketing efforts with the companys financial, strategic and growth goals. They are responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth and retention through effective marketing initiatives, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Listening to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company. Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands. Define and implement marketing strategies to support the companys overall strategies and objectives. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) Evolve and expand a highly efficient team of marketing professionals. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams. Design and review the Marketing departments budget. Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events. Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department. Forecasting, budgeting full P&L responsibility. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the companys objectives. Track competitors activities REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 20+ years relevant experience Proven experience from startup to $500M+ exit in similar role Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.) Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels. Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.) A leader with both creative, analytical and IT capabilities Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities. BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus. All around Heck Yeah vibes and attitude. We take the work seriously not ourselves. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Office is located in Boulder, CO, but position is open to remote working arrangement for the right candidate.
