Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Senior Manager to
support HR strategy and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies
and execution plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute change management
activities and training
Monitor project success metrics and assess organizational readiness
for change
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, organizational
psychology, or equivalent
Change Management certification from ACMP, PROSCI, or similar
(preferred)
10+ years of experience in large-scale corporate change
initiatives
Experience with large-scale IT and non-IT implementations
preferred
Ability to influence organizational change without direct
authority
