Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Patient Experience Lead -
Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Patient/Family Care Coordinators and Field Reimbursement
Managers to enhance patient, caregiver, and HCP experiences
Lead teams in creating and executing strategic plans for patient
access and support related to SMA
Foster relationships across various departments to ensure effective
communication and compliance in patient support delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years in Patient Access/Market Access with a focus on
Patient Services or Experience
At least 5 years of experience managing Field Access teams with a
focus on Patient/Family Care Coordination
Prior experience in building Field Access teams and developing
strategic tools and metrics
Strong understanding of the market and patient access landscape,
especially in rare diseases
