Your Impact:

As a Float Therapist at Sandstone Care, you have a unique and meaningful role in transforming the lives of our clients and their families who are struggling with mental health, substance use, and mood disorder issues. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy at our Outpatient and Residential facilities in Denver and Boulder, using evidence-based and holistic modalities to help them achieve lasting recovery.

You will be adaptable and flexible, filling in for staff absences, supporting increased client census, and providing general assistance as needed. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and needs, helping them address and manage their mental health concerns, substance use challenges, and mood disorder symptoms. You will also collaborate with a supportive and professional team of therapists, medical providers, and house managers to provide exceptional and individualized client care.

You will make a significant impact on the lives of your clients and their families, seen in the smiles of clients, the renewal of hope in families, and the empowerment of individuals to embrace their potential. Who You Are:

You have an active Clinical License LPCC/LPC or LSW/LCSW or MFTC/LMFT
You have experience in substance abuse treatment (Residential and/or Outpatient settings preferred)
You have experience in mental health/mood disorder treatment is required.
Preferred clinical skills/abilities: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Strong Documentation Skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 (based on License)
Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance
