Registered Nurse - PCUFull Time, Days. 36#hours/week. Pay Range
is between $31.68-$47.52/hr, depending on years of relevant and
like experience. +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.# Boulder Community

SUMMARY Functions as a direct patient caregiver within the unit#s
care delivery system.# Integrates nursing theories in patient care.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Special Qualifications (Licensure, Registration,
etc.) Colorado RN license in good standing BLS required by end of
conditional period.# ACLS certification required within 6 months of
hire PCCN certification preferred. Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Demonstrated physical and mental ability to apply nursing theories,
procedures and standards to clinical practice Experience One to two
years RN clinical nursing experience preferred. Six months to
one-year Telemetry/Critical Care experience preferred. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Patient Care Provides direct
total patient care for specific group of patients with
collaboration as needed. Demonstrates clinical competence in
performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale
underlying the nursing skills. Identifies patient care problems,
makes interventions based upon an understanding of the
biopsychosocial processes. Interprets cardiac monitoring system
strips as ordered by physician. Assesses patient status
systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient
clinical condition. Actively seeks participation of the patient,
family, and other members of the health care team to assure
continuity of patient care. Utilizes effective time management
skills in planning and providing patient care. Identifies own
learning needs and expands knowledge base through clinical practice
