Boulder Community health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our
Progressive Care Unit, where you will serve as a dedicated patient
caregiver. Within our care delivery system, the RN will apply
nursing theories, procedures, and standards to provide
comprehensive and compassionate patient care. Join our team and

Qualifications# #Colorado RN license in good standing #BLS required
by end of conditional period. # #ACLS certification required within
6 months of hire #PCCN certification preferred. #One to two years
RN clinical nursing experience preferred. #Six months to one-year
Telemetry/Critical Care experience preferred. Responsibilities
#Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients
with collaboration as needed. #Demonstrates clinical competence in
performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale
underlying the nursing skills. #Identifies patient care problems,
makes interventions based upon an understanding of the
biopsychosocial processes. #Interprets cardiac monitoring system
strips as ordered by physician. #Assesses patient status
systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient
clinical condition. #Actively seeks participation of the patient,
family, and other members of the health care team to assure
continuity of patient care. #Collaborates with interdisciplinary
patient care team to identify patient learning needs, develops and
