Lead Clinical Assistant
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303
$23.78 - $35.67 an hour - Full-time, Days. 40 Hours a week.
Boulder Community health is seeking a Lead Clinical Assistant that
is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of service and
smooth operation of physicians clinics within CU Sports Medicine
and Performance Center.

Qualifications
1. Must have a minimum of a BS degree in a health related field for
athletic training.
1. BLS certification by the end of the conditional period
required.
2. State of Colorado Licensure for Athletic Training
3. Board of Certification for Athletic Training
Responsibilities
2. Manages Physician Support Team; pod support staff schedule
3. Assists in the Annual Review process for other pod support
staff
4. Assists in timekeeping system (API) for all pod support
staff.
5. Trains pod support staff in office protocol and procedure and
updates protocol/procedures as needed.
6. Directs patients to appropriate treatment room, performs
appropriate patient intake depending on the patient's
practitioner.
7. Provides patient teaching when appropriate.
8. Assists physicians and PT staff with patient treatment as
appropriate, within scope of their practice.
9. Assist with implementation of physicians orders (i.e., schedule
x-rays, prep for injections, removal of sutures, taking of vital
signs, etc.)
10. Orders and maintains medical supplies.
