Surgical Tech - Certified - $10,000 Sign on Bonus!!Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303$28.23 - $42.34 an hour - Full-Time, Days. 3640 hours a week.+$2.50 for weekend shifts.Boulder Community health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. OR Graduate of a School of Nursing with one-year experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting OR Former training in a military setting Colorado Registration is required Certification preferred BLS certification required One to two years experience requiredResponsibilities Proficiently scrub all complex procedures ensures instruments and equipment are available to their specialty service for use. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon by preparing and passing of instruments, sutures, sponges, and supplies needed during the operative procedure. Assists the RN in the delivery of care to the intra-operative procedure. Demonstrates proper handling of specimens. Consults with and/or advises appropriate personnel of instrument or equipment needs requiring follow-up or attention.
