• Hourly Pay: $31.50 ($1,134.00 total)
• Housing Stipend: $1,211.00
• Meals & Incidentals: $560.00

  • On-Call Requirements: Per unit requirementsDuties:
    • Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
    • Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions such as IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collection.
    • Provide patient/family education, ensuring understanding and effective teaching.
    • Deliver compassionate and coordinated care while respecting cultural diversity and individual values.
    • Function as a professional role model and delegate tasks to non-RN personnel.
    • Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
    • Maintain professional competence through continuing education and lifelong learning.Float Requirements:
      • May be required to float to any CommonSpirit location within 60 miles or identified "float zone."
      • Assignments may include duties outside of original job requirements in accordance with policy.Minimum Requirements:
        • Experience: At least 1 year of experience preferred in labor and delivery nursing.
        • Education:
          • Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
          • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (preferred)
          • Licenses and Certifications:
            • State RN license (or RN license from an NLC-participating state)
            • BLS (American Heart Association)
            • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
            • C-EFM or AWHONN certification (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)Contract Details:
