  • Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools-under the supervision of providers. -
  • Work with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to providers.
  • Assist in carrying out physician's orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.A few must-haves for LPN:
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado.
    • CPR certification -(demonstration course required).
    • For LPN: 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
    • Valid TB screening.
    • COVID-19 vaccination card.
    • Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in the months of October-March.
    • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
