About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Broomfield, CO . You’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertise Deliver functional training in ADLs, mobility, and safety Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Why Join Amazing Care?
