group with 22 cardiologists and 14 APPs Full-scope cardiology
services, including general, interventional, electrophysiology,
imaging, heart failure, and structural heart Independent practice
model with strong clinical and administrative support Ongoing
growth with new clinic sites, expanded imaging, and a planned
outpatient surgery center and cath lab Schedule Non-invasive
cardiology focus with a balanced, sustainable workflow Predictable
schedule designed to support long-term practice stability Practice
structure allows physicians to focus on patient care rather than
operations Compensation & Benefits Base salary with productivity
bonus structure Partnership track is typically offered after two
years or sooner, with no buy-in required Partners share in
