Clinical Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
experienced Home Health Alternate Clinical Manager to join our
dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing
and managing the clinical services provided by our home health care
agency, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are
maintained. This role is essential in supporting the primary
Clinical Manager and ensuring continuity of care and compliance
with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in
the management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the home
health agency. - Support staff through leadership and guidance to
ensure quality patient care and effective administrative processes.
- Participate in developing and implementing clinical policies and
procedures in alignment with state and federal regulations. -
Review and monitor patient care plans and ensure all services are
documented and meet clinical standards. - Help in coordinating with
other healthcare professionals to provide customized care to
patients. - Act as a point of contact for staff, patients, and
family members to address clinical inquiries and resolve issues. -
Assist in conducting training and development programs for clinical
staff to maintain a high level of professional competency. - Ensure
compliance with health and safety laws and quality standards.
Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a home health care setting,
including one year of supervisory experience. Strong understanding
of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. - Excellent
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability
to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive work
environment. - Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is
