The Regional Clinical Training Manager at OrangeTwist plays a pivotal dual-role encompassing both clinical training and direct patient care. This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction across designated OrangeTwist locations. As a leader and mentor, the Regional Clinical Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee adverse event responses, and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures. Simultaneously, this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive procedures, ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best-in-class care and results. Location: 9623-A E County Line Rd, Englewood, CO 80112 327 S Saulsbury St, Lakewood, CO 80226 1695 29th St, Boulder, CO 80301 Schedule: 5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month Compensation: $70/hourly (base on experience and role) with Incentive and Commission What You Will Do: Training: Provide clinical leadership to ensure that OrangeTwist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practices Coaching, training, and mentoring providers and clinical staff. Providing clinical guidance and answering medical questions as they arise Issuing approvals/sign-offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skill Supporting the development of treatment protocols when needed Ensuring the adherence to all OrangeTwist protocols and policies by clinical staff Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring Supporting adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.) Supporting efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board) Managing regional clinical staff performance, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action processes Ensuring consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across OrangeTwist Facilitating live clinical training and education Teaching injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) Training on all OrangeTwist treatment modalities. Training on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication management Providing hands-on training during workshops or private sessions Aesthetic Provider: Conducting consultations and developing treatment plans Performing Good Faith Exams Administering injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc. Documenting treatments and patient progress Educating patients on pre- and post-care Managing any side effects or complications Staying trained and certified on all current treatments and technologies Qualifications: Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant - OR - Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse - AND - Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State 2 years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi-location practice setting Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident management BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required DEA number preferred Additional Specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables Minimum 5 year's experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatments Perks Forward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company culture Competitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance 401k employee contributions, FSA, and dependent care options Continuing education with our own University Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development All benefits dependent on role and eligibility We're accepting applications on an ongoing basis and will continue reviewing candidates until the role is filled.
