Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized
in Acute Care Medical Surgical services to join our vibrant team.

will work within our dynamic medical surgical units handling a
diverse caseload, ensuring the best care practices and the highest
standards in patient safety and care. Provide comprehensive nursing
care to patients in the acute medical surgical units. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with
the healthcare team. Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatments
as needed with a focus on patient safety. Administer medications,
maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance to
healthcare regulations. Participate in patient and family teaching
regarding post-discharge care. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to improve protocols and healthcare outcomes. Strong
clinical skills with an emphasis on acute care and medical-surgical
practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
handling diverse patient populations. Proficiency in using medical
software and patient management systems. Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure environments. Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license valid in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
