Participate in patient assessments and assist in the development and implementation of care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies. Engage in ongoing educational activities to improve skills and knowledge base. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team High attention to detail Capability to manage time efficiently Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
