This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of regulatory compliance within our healthcare services, playing a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and patient-centered care. The successful candidate will oversee and facilitate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and will work closely with clinical staff to ensure continuous improvement in patient care practices. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory, accrediting, and membership standards across the organization. Educate and train staff on current and new regulatory requirements to ensure continuous compliance. Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement strategies for meeting or exceeding healthcare standards. Stay updated with changes in regulatory criteria and best practices, adapting internal policies accordingly. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado. Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is preferred. BLS certification.
