Job Description:
Join UCHealth, a renowned Colorado-based, nonprofit health
system, as a Registered Nurse in our Hospital Float Pool for the
Birth Center on night shifts. This position offers a dynamic work
environment where you will have the opportunity to support various
units within the Birth Center, ensuring high-quality care and
patient satisfaction. Our dedicated teams focus on tailored care
for mothers and babies, working across multiple facilities to bring
the best medical services directly to our community. Provide
adaptable nursing care to diverse patients within the Birth Center.
Monitor patient health and coordinate care with multidisciplinary
teams. Educate and support patients and their families regarding
postnatal care and early motherhood. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain patient records and
document all care provided. Assist in the development and
implementation of nursing care plans. Strong clinical skills in
maternal and newborn care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Proficient in using healthcare software and systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required. NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) certification preferred.
