Job Description:

are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care in the
Surgical department during night shifts. The ideal candidate will
possess robust clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a
commitment to health and wellness, delivering top-tier medical
services to postoperative patients during the critical overnight
hours. Administer medications and treatments to patients while
adhering to hospital policy. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Educate patients and families on postoperative care and
wellness. Participate in the development and implementation of
patient care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure comprehensive patient healthcare. Respond to medical
emergencies and provide intensive care as needed. Ensure the proper
handling and operation of medical equipment. Strong clinical
abilities and surgical knowledge. High proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
stressful environment. Advanced problem-solving skills and critical
thinking. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Colorado or eligibility for licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification.
