tailored program is designed to transition newly graduated
Registered Nurses from students to full-fledged healthcare
professionals. Participants will gain hands-on experience in
various medical specialties, underpinned by our commitment to

community. This residency will mentor you through real-world
healthcare scenarios, supported by seasoned professionals aiming to
foster your growth as a competent nurse ready to handle the
challenges of modern medical environments. Participate actively in
all learning experiences including theory-based training and
practical rotations. Apply theoretical knowledge to patient care in
coordination with mentors and medical staff. Maintain accurate
patient documentation and uphold patient confidentiality according
to established protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care in various departments. Engage in reflective practice
and feedback sessions to enhance professional growth and care
quality. Strong clinical skills and knowledge Ability to work
effectively in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal
